good day mates need some help, I have a ICS M4ai RAS and as you know ICS gearboxes split into 2 pieces...i tried my Aeg but it spits out them bloody bb's they dont fligh out, my mates from the team laughed at me the other day, it was quite funny but some of my mates think it has to do with spring of my rifle, i wanted to check here first cause you maties might know what the problem is...would appreciate the help a lot!
hey Eddie, based on my experience on this matter there might be 2 problems here you might want to look at first problem could be what we call your tappet plate, it might have been broken into 2 pieces since the tappet plates of the AEG are quite fragile but can easily be replaced and the second thing you should look at is your piston body if your still running on stocks this is one cause especially on the wear and tear, so i think you should have your gunsmith in your area have a look at those two areas.
Hey Mates just curious want brand of bb's do you guys use and what would you recommend sometimes i have the problem of getting shattered BB's in my chamber.
Hi im Richie from Singapore you might want to try the brands ICS .2g or Tokyo Marui this is what we usually use, i just dont know if its available in your area?
does anyone know what the reputation of a tanio koba barrel is compared to a prometheus, i'm having a hard time picking i plan to change it this weekend but im getting good and bad comments about both...some one help need advice!
Me and my team usually go for ICS they are reasonably priced for the quality they have a cheaper alternative is GOLDEN BALL which is made in China but i wouldnt trust its quality we had many of them shatter in our face mask's upon impact.
@ZAKATOO- hey mate i would go for prometheus cause its tried proven and tested and it really works wonders for my G3 as for Tanio Koba according to red wolf it only works well on certain types of brands, so if you want to be sure although its a little pricy go for Prometheus, -hey Paul ever here of Wolven BB"s from the netherlands thats what me and the team spoting now any input on this?
actually i have eddie...It used to be my favorite brand but for some distribution reasons it stopped selling here i guess the y could not compete with the prices of ICS and goldenball, but if i had a choice i would pick Wolven BB's, i remember when i used to use them i never had problems with them shattering or breaking.
Hey guys , I just picked up my Masada by Magpul and compared it with my team mates but mine seems bigger and i cant fold the butt stock but mine has markings and his doesnt but he claims that his was first generation magpul, i would like to ask if the parts are comaptible with each other, another thing is that it seems there is a bit of difference in the shade of the colors? any insight on this guys.
Hey bud, i think i can answer that for you, the Masada you purchased is the authentic masada manufactured by Magpul your friends Masada is the china made copy which has a hologram sticker which was allowed by Magpul to use but if you notice yours should be bigger in size because it is using the the real polymer frame as the real steel Masada so it has the same 1:1 size not unlike the china version which is slightly smaller and has a darker tone of tan that that of the Magpul version, the only disadvantage is that yours is a fixed butt while the china is a folding retractable stock.
@Rich- all you gotta do is to use the metal lever below the barrel and twist it clockwise and it will unscrew. If it is still new it takes a bit of force to unscrew but rest assured it will be fine.
Here in Hong Kong we have the Magpul folding butts for the Magpul brand itself, it is sold as a sperate accessory for the gun as well as a ras foregrip...i think some shops here can deliver abroad.
Guys need help, My Mp5 no longer want to fire on single and i replaced the selector switch but still no improvement, does anyone have any ideas how to fix it?
The problem might be from your switch assembly, the contacts might not be responding from your switch...you might want to have that checked or replace your switch assembly, the switch assembly shouldn't cost that much.
Purchased my ICS Sig 552 with the works and i got to tell you guys this gun is a great buy, ICS really did a great job on this one tested it yesterday in a cqb site and the gun does wonders, so if any of you are looking for a new AEG to purchase you should definitly consider this one.
Ive been getting a lot of requests about featuring the G&G Rk- 104 so i have posted a review about it for all the AK fans and given my 2 cents....so hope you all enjoy the review.

ReplyDelete@Zakatoo- I heard the Magpul version has a folding stock option and a separate barrel assembly for cqb games as well?
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know how to retract the barrel assembly of the Masada, im not sure how to unscrew it it seems stuck when i try to yank it off?
